Make Payment

1) How to order
Fill up the order form & email it to tendls@yahoo.com
The order form details are as below :
1. Full name
2. Email address
3. Mailing address
4. Item code
5. Quantity
6. Delivery option {Normal (N), Registered mail (R) or Self collection (S)}
Normal postage (N) : Base on the items you order
Registered mail (R) : SGD 5.00
Self collection (S) : only available at Tiong Bahru & Kovan MRT station.

Postage fee is base on per order basis.

Once we received your order, we will check the stock availability. After that, we will send an email to you with the following information :
1. Purchase order number
2. Total amount due (normal or registered mail)
3. our bank account number


2) How to pay
Payment can be made via ATM or internet banking to our bank account (number will be given in our confirmation email). Please email us the information below once the transaction has completed :-
1. Date of transaction
2. your account number (for tracking your payment)
3. Amount transferred
Our bank account available for receiving payment is
- UOB Saving Account

Transfer between different bank, we will only receive payment after 1 to 3 working days. After we received the payment, we just post out your items.

Before we post out your items, we will email you with an electronic invoice to prove that we already received your payment. You will receive your hardcopy invoice with your items via mail.

3) Delivery
Option 1
After we received the full payment, we will mail out your items every Wednesday & Saturday.
* we will not take any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail.

Option 2
For self collection items, we can arrange for a meet up venue (Tiong Bahru or Kovan mrt station) for you to collect your items.


4) Exchange & refunds
No Refunds / Cancellations / Exchanges will be entertained once payment has been made & items sent.
All goods sold are Non-Refundable.
